Owner and Managing Director of Madlalate Management & Development Consulting.

He has worked in the private sector in a management capacity since 1993 and he is highly experienced in the fields of Project Management, Administration, Urbanisation Development& Management, Business Development, Corporate Strategy and Scenario Planning. He worked for Africon, one of the biggest engineering & the built environment firms in South Africa (formerly Van Wyk & Louw and present day Aurecon) for a period of eight years prior to a break that he undertook to pursue his Spirituality. He immediately moved into a position of responsibility and trust in the company, managing tight schedules and difficult client demands that required crafty negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Mr Madlalate managed projects with funds that involved the disbursement of huge amounts to service providers in due regard to the work completion and achievement of key performance indicators. He consulted for all three tiers of government (National, Provincial & Local) as well as the Private Sector with reasonable ease.

Mr Madlalate’s study areas include Land Surveying & Geomatics at the University of Cape Town; Town & Regional Planning at the University of the Witwatersrand; Management & Business Administration at London School of Business SA and Negotiations Skills through Johan Cronje´& Associates. His studies and career encountered several interruptions due to his personal spiritual life path. He has however displayed immense inherent potential that has allowed him to be highly competitive in the professional sector.

In 2004 he remerged as a part time Project Management & Development Consultant whilst still pursuing his work in the Traditional Health Sector. This business activity has since accelerated and grown in the last four years. Amongst his major projects he has been overseeing the growth and transformation of “GBC” International into a full Financial Services Provider and Credit Provider. He is passionate about the development and growth of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), especially taking into account the historical conditions that prevailed in South Africa. He is an extremely versatile manager and an astute businessman. His business style has made it quite easy for Madlalate Management & Development Consulting to work with numerous business partners in seriously demanding situations that require a high level of trust and commitment.

Unit Manager for the Management Information Systems Unit.

He holds a BA Degree in Organisational & Industrial Psychology from Wits University. He is also quite well experienced in the areas of Information Technology Systems, Client Care, Insurance, Underwriting and Sales. Mr Chabalala worked for Standard Bank Financial Consulting as a Data Analyst. He also worked for Incredible Connection as a Sales Executive for five years. In the latter years he worked for Outsurance for five years at head office in the capacities of Client Care Advisor, Outbound Referral Sales Advisor and Interbound Sales Advisor respectively.

Mr Chabalala is currently also busy with his entrepreneurial pursuits and is Managing Director of BB Holdings (Pty) Ltd. One of his biggest clients is SAB Miller. This allows him to still venture into Website Design & Hosting, Office Supplies and IT Hardware / Software.

MAMADECON’s Marketing Manager.

She studied towards a BCom (Accounting and Business Management) at the University of Johannesburg. Her career started at the Foschini Group in 2004 where she was Assistant Sales Manager. She joined Old Mutualin 2005 as Sales Manager. Amanda was Operations Manager at Cell C from 2008 to 2009.

Ms. Ndiki is the MD of Celebrate You; an Events Management, Coaching, Publishing and Branding Company. She is an internationally certified Development Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, Facilitator and Assessor. She is a Conference Speaker and Author of the book titled: Stepping into your true self. Conference topics by Amanda include Relationships, Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Personal Branding.


Executive Assistant

She manages the executive calendar and independently schedules appointments. Her duties include screening incoming calls and correspondence and responding independently when possible. Masedi directs preparation of records such as agenda, notices and minutes for corporate meetings. She holds a National Diploma in Marketing Management and a Certificate in Business Communication through Unisa.

She was Project Manager for the Road to 2010 Soccer World Cup Concert in the City of Johannesburg and Limpopo. She was also Co-ordinator for the name change and launch of the Old Mutual Trust to Nedbank Beneficiary Solutions. Masedi has massive experience in Sales and the Financial Services Industry. Her last position was working in Branding and Social Media as a Media Coordinator for Nedbank.

Business Development Unit Manager

He has worked in the areas of Education, Strategic Management & Administration in a career spanning more than 30 years. He is currently studying towards his PhD in Production Management with the University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom, which makes him a specialist in this field. TJ Madiba is also competent in the areas of Strategic Planning and Analysis, Human Resource Development and Communication, Financial Accounting and Management, Corporate Law and Interpretation, Curriculum Development, Mining, Production Management as well as Entrepreneurial Development.

His Professional Affiliations include Association of Business Executives (United Kingdom), Estate Agency Board (EAB) & Production Management Institute(PMI). Mr. Madiba is passionate about Education and is an accomplished entrepreneur.

Nominated Special Adviser to the Managing Director

He holds a Master’s in Theology (MTh), is a Brand Development Coach, Conference Speaker, Author and Publisher. He spends his life studying brand behaviour, developing intentional brands through coaching and concept development and deploying them to greatness through brand exhibitions, associations and activations. He is the MD of Sibusiso Mfeka Global (Pty) Ltd, a company that specialises in speaking, coaching and advisory services. He coaches entrepreneurs every Monday on JoziFM and has been hosted on SABC, ABR, Dexterity Radio, Good Morning Africa, SAFM, Radio 2000 and 702 Talk radio. He speaks in conferences such as the Digital Customer Engagement 2017 hosted by Trade Conferences International and Ashraf Garda fondly calls him “Sibusiso, the brand.”
